We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Please keep in mind that we cannot cover the cost of the return shipment. We ask that you pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions / Disposable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), special order items (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
